What a lovely stay! The room was beautiful and clean, but I expected it to be bigger. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff all around. Wow! This hotel was amazing! The rooms were so French and very spacious for Switzerland, and the cleanliness gave a luxurious feel, especially with a stunning chandelier over the bed. However, there was a weird smell in my first room, but the staff quickly accommodated my request for another one. The balcony, bathroom, location, room service, bed comfort, and overall service were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.

While the room felt a bit a squash and a squeeze, the overall experience was lovely. The service was among the most impressive I've ever encountered, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location, right across the street from the boat taxi and with stunning views of Lake Geneva, the Jet d'Or, and the city, couldn't have been more perfect.
